16 oz. Cheese Curds
These fresh, squeaky cheese curds are a Wisconsin favorite!

I was introduced to Simon's Cheese curds yesterday in Charleston, SC while buying shrimp for my Thankgiving Low County Boil. A kind man from Wisconscin offered me cheese curds and horseradish cheese while I was waiting for my shrimp to be weighed. At first I thought he was selling cheese and politely accepted his offer and tasted both. The cheese curds and horseradish cheese were DELICIOUS! My five minute stop to pick up shrimp turned into a 20-30 minute conversation about cheese with him(I think he said his name was Mike) and his wife and the local shrimpers. The WI man was not selling cheese nor did he work for the company. He just loved Simon's Cheese and wanted to share what he had brought down in his cooler! Once I got home I told my husband about the cheese and we ended up ordering everything the man had recommended. I am so excited to taste it all! My husband and I are already discussing Simon's as Christmas gifts for our families.

I haven't had cheese curds since I lived in Minnesota in the 70's. A friend brought me Simon cheese curds to Beaufort, SC. They are the best. Will be buying on line!

These are the best cheese curds I have ever tasted. I live in Appleton and they have cheese curds here but I go to Little Chute for mine. Totally awesome. Best when warm.
