I didn't want to try it. But now, whenever I visit Simon's Cheese, I have to buy it. It's great to share with co-workers to put them in a good mood. The Choc Cheese with walnuts is the best.

Seriously, it tastes like fudge but it's cheese. Made with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. I was skeptical I admit. At a New Year's WI cheese party, I took a piece which included walnuts - I hesitated - took a bite - Wow - it was fantastic. This cheese exceeded my expectations. Oh yeah you must like chocolate.
