For the past 8 years I have given this excellent cheese as a holiday gift to special friends and clients. As their wooden box collection grows with each passing year, this traditional gift is always appreciated and enjoyed by all who are on "the list."

This is truly a great sharp cheddar which is aged just the perfect length of time. We had tried many sharp cheddars but this is the top of the line. Best we had eaten yet.
